You select the URLs you want to get links for, enter your keywords and the spun contextual comments you want to make. Then you process your order and they guarantee to deliver your backlinks and a report of where those links are within an hour or less – usually it takes around 30 minutes before you get your backlink report by email.
There are also options to only get backlinks that are DoFollow (it is a mixture of DoFollow and NoFollow by default) and/or only get backlinks on indexed pages. We use One Hour Backlinks ourselves quite regularly to provide volume and variety to our overall backlinking strategy but we would not recommend this being your sole source of backlinks. It is a good question. I think this type of backlink is now less useful than it was before. However, I think there is still some value as part of an overall backlinking strategy.
